sandraBy learning to prepare and enjoy food in a whole new way, which involved some of Joy’s specialties, including Mini Maple Pumpkin Pies and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwiches, Sandra was able to lose more than 143 pounds as part of Joy’s Woman’s Day Challenge. She also reduced her blood pressure to a healthy level and is completely off all medication. With a fitter figure and newfound energy, Sandra gained the confidence to start dating again. She is now happily married and has a brand new baby girl.
meet_heidi_joshAfter Heidi and Josh started following Joy’s healthy eating plan, the pair reduced their cholesterol levels to normal range—and beat the bloat. The couple along with their triplet boys love Joy’s Banana-Blueberry Muffins, Silver Dollar Pancakes, and Bacon Cheeseburgers. They now have so much strength and energy that Heidi can do an astounding 100 pull-ups at the gym, and Josh competes in full Ironman Triathlons (that’s a 2.4-mile swim, followed by a 112-mile bike ride, and a full 26.2-mile run). Nothing short of amazing!
rochelleNot being one to deprive herself of her favorite foods and flavors, Rochelle was overjoyed when she tried Joy’s tasty recipe transformations. She has now lost more than 24 pounds and has made Joy’s Creamed Spinach and Zucchini Linguine with Meatballs part of her weekly dinner rotation. Next up? She’s planning on running a half-marathon in April!
christieA few years back, Christie weighed 406 pounds and suffered from a whole host of health issues.
