- • ¼ cup tomato sauce
- • ¼ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Split and toast the English muffin and top each half with the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan, and crushed red pepper. Heat in the oven and broil until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
