Ingredients
3cupsskim milk, or other milk of choice
¼teaspoonpeppermint extract
¼teaspoonvanilla extract
PinchKosher salt
¾cupsemisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until the milk is hot and starting to steam.
Remove pan from the heat and whisk in peppermint and vanilla extracts, salt and semisweet chocolate chips.
Continue to whisk until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour into mugs and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
