In this strawberry spin, I hollow out fiber-rich berries and then pipe the peanut butter in. They make a fun snack, dessert, or even energizing breakfast.

Ingredients
8 to 10strawberries, stems removed
½cuppeanut butter powder, prepared with water according to the package directions
1tablespoonchia seeds, optional
Instructions
Slightly hollow out the strawberries to create just enough space for the peanut butter. (If you’d like the strawberries to stand up straight, slice a tiny piece off the bottom to create a flat base.)
Place the peanut butter in a zip-top bag and cut one tiny hole in the corner of the bag. Pipe the peanut butter into the strawberries. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top, if desired.
