I’ve recreated the chilly treat using just two ingredients: frozen fruit and LaCroix Sparkling Water without a drop of added sugar.
Yield: 4servings
Prep Time: 5 minutesmins
Total Time: 3 hourshrs
Ingredients
Mango-Strawberry Ices
1½cupsfrozen mango chunks
1cupfrozen strawberries
½cupLaCroix Mango Sparkling Water
Cherry-Pineapple Ices
2cupsfrozen pitted cherries
½cupfrozen pineapple chunks
½cupLaCroix Cerise Limón Sparkling Water or LaCroix Cherry Blossom Sparkling Water
Instructions
Add the frozen fruit into a high-powered blender. Pour in LaCroix and purée until just thick and smooth. Stop and scrape the sides if the contents don’t blend easily (you can also add a splash of extra LaCroix if you need more liquid.).
Scoop into single-serve ramekins or a pint container and place in the freezer to harden for a few hours to overnight. This will last for up to 3 months in the freezer.
