Ingredients
5-ouncesingle container vanilla Greek yogurt, 2%
1chocolate chip cookie, homemade or store-bought, crumbled
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Empty the yogurt on top and spread it into a circle. Sprinkle crumbled cookie on top (gently press the crumbs to set) and freeze for a couple of hours until solid.
Notes
I like to use 2% reduced-fat flavored Greek yogurt. Non-fat varieties (0%) will also work, but they become icier and less creamy, so it’s best to use a 2% variety for this recipe. Look for brands with less added sugar; there are so many great ones on the market today. Or you can also buy plain unfloavored Greek yogurt and sweeten it yourself by adding some honey, maple syrup or a sugar substitute of choice. Add your sweetener right into the container a d give it a stir before spooning the yogurt onto parchment paper and creating your circle.
