2bananas, each cut into thirds and then those pieces sliced in half
1 ½cupschocolate chips, melted*
1 to 2tablespoonspeanut butter, melted**
1 to 2tablespoonsshredded coconut, optional

* You’ll have about ½ cup chocolate leftover but having more to start makes it easier to dunk and coat the banana pieces.** Microwave nut butter for about 20 seconds to get it melty and pourable.
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place a piece of banana on top of a fork (do not pierce, just lay it flat) and dunk into the melted chocolate, flipping to ensure all sides are coated. Then, using the same fork carefully lift the chocolate-coated banana over the bowl and allow any excess chocolate to drip off. Place on lined baking sheet.
Follow the same process with all remaining pieces. Drizzle melted peanut butter and sprinkle shredded coconut over the tops, if desired.
Place baking sheet in freezer for at least one hour to freeze and transfer to a storage bag once frozen.
