½cuppitted dates, about 10 small or 5 large
½cupcanned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
¼cupguava nectar or juice*
5medium strawberries
2tablespoonschia seeds

*If you can’t find guava nectar or juice 100 percent orange and pineapple juices can be used as a substitute.
Instructions
Add the dates, beans, nectar, berries, and 1/4 cup water to a blender and puree until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. (Chia seeds act as a gel to firm mixture into a frosting-like spread.)
