Berry Ice Pops
These refreshing pops get their sweetness (and they are sweet) naturally from bananas and berries.

Ingredients

fresh or frozen blueberries

fresh or frozen sliced strawberries

low-fat milk

loosely packed
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until completely mixed.
Add a bit more milk if it’s too thick. Pour about ⅓ cup of the mixture into 7 ice pop molds, and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
