What was the hardest part? Figuring out what to do when I would normally mindlessly emotionally eat. Sometimes just acknowledging it would be enough, sometimes going out for a walk or cleaning out a drawer would do the trick and sometimes I would eat…but I ate only unlimited food choices!
What is your new favorite healthy food or recipe? Zucchini Linguini, Chicken Parmesan, pumpkin mousse, chocolate muffins, spicy chicken “wings” with blue cheese dipping sauce and many more! What one change was most effective for helping you lose weight? Not snacking between meals on anything but unlimited foods, leaving my 150 calorie food until the evening and being aware of moving more because of my pedometer.
What’s the best compliment you’ve received? That I’m sending such a positive message to my children, Van and Bryce, who I love more than life itself.
