What counts toward your hydration goal? Plain old water is the obvious go-to, but refreshing sparkling water (I love LaCroix—their new Hibiscus flavor is crazy-delish) is a yummy alternative. Don’t forget that anything that contains water works as well. That means, of course, other beverages (think coffee and tea) but also water-rich fruits and veggies, like watermelon, cucumbers, and celery.
