Berkshire Iced Tea

My Berkshire Iced Tea recipe is a summer favorite—I whip up a big batch and we all enjoy it around the kitchen table or outside on the porch as the sunsets. To make a single cup, place a lemon-ginger tea bag in 1 cup boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and allow to cool in the fridge. Then, mix in ¼ cup grapefruit juice and add ice. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of mint if desired. One glass provides just 25 calories.  P.S. You can also turn this into a cocktail by adding a splash of rum and vodka.
