I stuff the shells (feel free to use whatever you can find: hard or soft shells, fajita or burrito wraps, etc.) with a mouthwatering sautéed black bean and salsa filling that’s a cinch to pull together. Add your favorite toppings—you can even set up a fixin’s bar and include things like corn, chopped tomatoes, onion, lettuce, avocado, cilantro and more, and let the family make their own creations.
