Dainty desserts to enjoy without the guilt

A typical blueberry crisp packs about 550 calories. On the other hand, my mini version has less than half that amount. I’ve also cut some of the sugar and fat, too (you’re welcome), so the nutrient-rich blueberries can shine through. You can make it as a weekend treat, but it’s easy enough to whip together any day of the week. Heighten the experience by topping it with a scoop of fro yo or light ice cream.
