This recipe makes 2 margaritas
- • 2 cups diced watermelon, chilled
- • 2 tablespoons lime juice
- • 6 to 8 watermelon “ice cubes” (cut watermelon into small cubes and freeze)
- • 1 can Pastèque LaCroix Sparkling Water
Puree watermelon in blender for about 30 seconds, or until it becomes watermelon juice. Add lime juice and blend for another 5 seconds. Pour into 2 glasses, add 3 to 4 watermelon “ice cubes” into each, and top with LaCroix sparkling water.
Garnish with optional watermelon slices on rim and enjoy.
