Apologies to all the pizza delivery peeps… I have a new idea that’ll satisfy a hankering! This is my loaded veggie take on Hailey Bieber’s TikTok-famous pizza toast and it seriously hits the spot.

This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • • 1 slice whole-grain toast
  • • 1 Tablespoon marinara sauce
  • • 3 to 4 tomato slices
  • • ½ cup sautéed vegetables of your choosing
  • • ¾ ounce mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Spread marinara on whole-grain toast and layer with sliced tomatoes, stautéed vegetables, and mozzarella cheese. Broil for a few minutes in oven until cheese gets melty. Top with extra marinara sauce.
