This recipe makes 5 strawberries
Ingredients:
  • • 5 large strawberries, green stems intact
  • • 10 blueberries
  • • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • • 5 thin pretzel sticks, broken in half
Preparation:

Wash strawberries and blueberries, and pat dry. Place a blueberry on either side of the strawberry and pierce with a pretzel stick to hold in place.

Add chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 20-second intervals, stopping and stirring between, until the chocolate is fully melted and velvety smooth. Cover each strawberry in melted chocolate (using a pastry brush or spoon) and place on a plate. Freeze for at least 45 minutes until the chocolate is firm.

Nutrition provided for 1 strawberry turkey.
