Store-bought ice pops are often loaded with sugar, colorings, and other junky ingredients. But these are a sweet surprise: They’re jam-packed with good-for-you magic, including fiber-rich berries and kale; potassium-packed banana; heart-healthy flaxseeds, plus one special superfood ingredient that I have to take a minute to brag about: matcha. This powder is made from ground-up green tea leaves and is even more antioxidant-rich (ten times to be exact) than other types of green tea. That’s because you end up consuming the entire leaf rather than just the brewed water, while the leaves (or tea bag) are discarded.

All these outstanding ingredients and perks for just 40 calories a pop. My nieces and nephews go crazy for them—and I’m excited for you to give them a try!
