This parfait is packed with creamy protein and nutrient-rich, flavorful crunch…plus, it delivers a cellular regenerative punch. I add Timeline Mitopure, which provides a megadose of Urolithin A— a health-promoting nutrient found in certain foods like pomegranate that can revitalize our mitochondria (the powerhouse of our cells) and boost muscle strength. I’ve been mixing it into oatmeal, yogurt and smoothies for the past year… Now, I’m enjoying it in this new creation.

This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • • ½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • • 1 packet Timeline Mitopure powder
  • • 1 teaspoon honey
  • • ½ to 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • • 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
  • • 1 teaspoon slivered almonds
  • • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • • 1 teaspoon toasted pecans
Preparation:

Mix together the ricotta cheese, Mitopure, honey and optional vanilla extract. Sprinkle on nuts and seeds!
