This recipe makes 1 Serving
- 1 bag green tea
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 5.3 ounce container fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup peach slices (fresh, or canned in 100% juice and drained)
- 5 to 10 whole ice cubes
Brew the tea bag in the boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool to room temperature.
In a blender combine the brewed tea, yogurt, blueberries, peaches and ice cubes (you’ll need less if using frozen fruit, and more if using fresh), and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
