This recipe was created for folks who can’t help but sneak spoonfuls of raw cookie dough batter before it heads into the oven (yup, that’s me. Anyone else relate?). That being said, I’m excited to share this no-bake recipe that’s 100% safe to eat raw (no eggs lurking inside) and will most definitely hit your sweet spot. Plus, it’s made with healthy—and surprising—ingredients you probably already have stocked in your pantry. And it comes together FAST. It’s a good day to be a cookie dough lover ;).

This recipe makes about 2 cups
  • • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • • 2 tablespoons honey
  • • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • • ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Add all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to a food processor or high powered blender and process for about 5 minutes until the batter is thick and creamy. Stop halfway through to scrape down the sides and loosen up contents underneath the blades. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in the chocolate chips. Enjoy in dough form!

Store leftovers in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 6 weeks

*When storing leftovers in the fridge, if it becomes drier and crumbly, simply microwave for about 15 seconds and it will cream up again.
