- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup cucumber chunks (peel on)
- 1 celery stalk, cut into chunks
- 1 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
- 6 ounces non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 3 – 5 ice cubes
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
