Adding fruit to sparkling water infuses your glass with extra flavor and gives you a double dose of hydration. This recipe calls for cucumber, kiwi and lime, three tasty produce picks that are rich in water as well as nutrition. I also love that they add a pop of color to your cup. This drink is perfect to sip on a warm summer day, after a grueling workout, for an elegant spring party, or simply when you want a new way to quench your thirst.

- • 4 thin slices hot house cucumber or other cucumber variety
- • ½ kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
- • 2 thin slices of fresh lime, seeded
- • 1 can LaCroix Lemon Sparkling Water
- • Mint or basil for garnish (optional)
Place the cucumber, kiwi, and lime in the bottom of a large drinking glass. With the back of a wooden spoon, gently crush the ingredients for about 20 seconds, releasing their essential oils and juices. Pour over the Lemon LaCroix and top with ice if desired. Add herbs for garnish.
