You don’t need to visit a chic spa to sip fancy water—you can make a refreshing version right at home. This fizzy and fruity fix features hydrating fruit (cucumber and lemon) as well as LaCroix Sparkling Water. I use “hot house” cucumber (a popular type—long and thin, wrapped in plastic—found in most mainstream supermarkets) because it has thin skin, minimal seeds, and great flavor, but you can easily replace it with another variety. Whip up a single glass for yourself or a big batch for a bunch of friends if you’re entertaining.
- Prep time
- Total Time
- • 6 to 7 thin slices hot house cucumber
- • 2 thin slices fresh lemon, seeded
- • 1 can LaCroix Lemon Sparkling Water
- • Mint or basil for garnish (optional)
Place the cucumber and lemon slices in the bottom of a large drinking glass. With the back of a wooden spoon, gently crush the ingredients for about 20 seconds, releasing their essential oils and juices. Pour the Lemon LaCroix into the glass and top with ice, if desired. Add herbs for garnish.
