- 6 lean pork chops (4 oz each), slightly browned
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (14 oz)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 apples (any tart variety), diced
- 1 oz dried cranberries
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Place pork chops in a slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top of pork chops. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
