The classic peanut butter sandwich just got a makeover. I spread creamy peanut butter directly on freshly sliced apple wedges for a yummy breakfast or afternoon snack. Just call it PB&A!

This recipe makes 1 serving
- 1 apple, any variety, cored and sliced into wedges
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (or any preferred nut or seed butter)
Spread peanut butter over half of the wedges.
Place the remaining apple wedges on top to make sandwiches.
