- • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- • 1 Tablespoon dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- • 1 Tablespoon walnuts or pecans, chopped
- • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon
Preheat air fryer to 400ºF.
Without cutting all the way through, slice your banana (in the skin) lengthwise and slightly open the banana to form a pocket. Spread the insides with nut butter and stuff in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Gently place the banana in the air fryer basket and cook for about 5 minutes.
