On this week’s show, I shared two of my favorite summer-y salsa recipes—both are a bit unique and creative, in case you’re looking for something different for your spread. The first is a spin on pico de gallo, using pickles for all my pickle fans out there. The second is a corn salsa that makes a great side or topper for burgers or salads. You can make it ahead and freeze, too, which makes it super convenient.
