On this week’s Amazon Live Show, we welcomed Jackie Goldschneider from Real Housewives of New Jersey into my kitchen. I was so thrilled to have her join me—she’s so lovely. After years of struggling with anorexia (a battle she’s been public about), she’s now in recovery and we discussed some of her issues on the show. In fact, she agreed to try some foods she hasn’t eaten in years, including pizza, pasta and chocolate. First, we whipped up a creamy and indulgent pasta dish that she loved and promised to make for her kids ASAP. Next, we made an easy-breezy pizza with homemade dough (from my bagels!) on a sheet pan.
