Episode 16: Joyful Fries

Every day is Fry-day! Whether you like standard spuds or a bit more fun and flavor, I have the recipe for you. During this week’s episode, I created three fry variations using three different vegetables. First, I whipped up Carrot Fries and went over the top with toppings to create a mouthwatering masterpiece. Next, I used jicama, a root vegetable that’s packed with potassium and fiber, and served them with a creamy Avocado-Lime Sauce.
