If you have fond memories of guzzling down a sugary-sweet slushy as a young kid, then I’ve got some fabulous news: I created a refreshing version made with only good-for-you ingredients that contains absolutely no added sugar. All the sweetness comes from the frozen cherries, pineapple, and LaCroix® Sparkling Water. So instead of excess sugar and colorings, you’ll get a dose of fiber, antioxidants, and natural sweetness. This delicious way to hydrate is a cinch to make and totally kid- and adult-approved. Sip sip, hooray!

  • Prep time
  • Total Time
This recipe makes 2 servings (about 1⅓ cups each)
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups frozen pitted sweet cherries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup LaCroix Cerise Limón Sparkling Water
  • 1 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until thick and slushy. (Note: If the cherries and pineapple are frozen solid, you may need to stop, loosen up the contents with a spoon and stir a few times while it blends.) Add additional LaCroix or ice as needed to achieve desired slushy consistency.
