This delightful dip is flavorful, spicy, and downright delicious. Feel free to add more hot sauce to kick up the heat. It’s perfect for dunking crunchy crudite, drizzled over a salad, or added to my Buffalo Cucumber Boats…eater’s choice!

This recipe makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup low-fat or nonfat plain Greek yogurt 
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon milk (skim, soy, almond, or any other preferred milk)  
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill or ¼ teaspoon dry dill
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons hot sauce (or more to taste) 
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
